Dedicated Staff
Our staff team is the heart of AL BALOOT AL SAGHEER NURSERY and they are confident that they have been chosen for their skills, qualifications, experience, personal caring abilities. We maintain good staff ratios and operate a minimum of:
1 adult for 4 children from 45 days to 1year ( babies )
2 adults for 8 children 1 year – 2years (Baloot 1)
2 adults for 10 children 2-3years
(Baloot 2)
2 adults for 10 children 3-4years (Baloot 3)
All staff are required to undertake training in Montessori Methods and Early Years Care and Education in relation to their previous experience and qualification. We provide in-house training which allows staff to gain not only knowledge, but hands-on experience.
A high priority is given to ensuring continuity of staff by providing not only a good working environment and planned training program, but support, guidance and motivation. As a team we have a professional yet friendly attitude.
Development
At AL BALOOT AL SAGHEER NURSERY we welcome babies from 45days to 12 months or 1year in our Babies department. We aim to provide a relaxed and friendly environment, focusing on individual care for children and their families.
To start the learning process, we provide them a safe and stimulating environment in which children feel happy and secure. By doing this and providing support, encouragement and praise, we help children make sense of real life situations, develop awareness of themselves and positive attitudes towards others. We believe that doing meaningful work each day, in peace and quiet, engenders a love of learning new things that will stand our students in good stead for the rest of their lives as it has been proven that the first 6years of a child’s life are the most important and it is our Goal and Mission to help each child develop closer to his/her true potential.
We encourage to interact as a group and on a 1:1 basis to enhance their learning and development and above all, to have FUN!

We intend to welcome children from the age of 45 days to 4 years, of all nationalities, religions and cultures and to support their parents in offering them the best possible care in a unique environment. Languages spoken will primarily be English ,Arabic , and a little taste of French. Our intention is to help children develop some fluency in Arabic and English as this is the time when language are easiest to learn.
